DCONV - Denver Conveyance (Elevators / Escalators) - On Hold

This assessment is specifically for the City / County of Denver Elevator Inspectors. This is a new test and is available starting July 1, 2024. It is recognized that these individuals are also required to be qualified through other national trade exams. This exam focuses on Denver amendments and other areas that Denver inspectors often identify concerns.

The exam is 60 minutes with 40 questions. It is an open-book exam and the candidate is required to provide their own books. Candidate must review the Study Guide (linked to right) for specific exam criteria and what books will be allowed in an exam. This guide also covers tabs on pages, marking in books, etc.

The pdf document to the right for the Denver Building and Fire Code is specific to this exam and has been reduced from over 500 pages to 66 pages. Denver specific exam questions are taken from this document for the DCONV exam.
