Test Information and Study Material - Make sure to visit the "Test Info" link for important test information and study guides. Some tests require documents found on our site. The Process to Getting CSA Certified: Are you new to CSA Assessments? This brochure should answer nearly all your questions. Please review for very valuable information. Assessment Pricing: Visit the "Request Assessments" page for pricing information. How to request and schedule an assessment if NEW to CSA: When you are ready to request an assessment, use the link to "Request Assessments" in the left margin. Follow the links to our on-line registration page. At this page you will have two options. Select the second option as being new to CSA. Enter your information and select the assessment. You will need the participants date of birth in addition to address, email, and contact information. After submitting this form it will take us approximately 3 business days to review and process your request. Within approximately 3 days you will receive an email from ACT with your "CA" number and a PIN. There will be a link within the email that will take you to the ACT web site. From the ACT web site you will select the testing center that you want to use, select the date you want to test, and select from the available times. After confirming the date and time you will be required to pay for your assessment with a credit card. If you fail to pay within 15 minutes your scheduled time will be given up. Most major credit cards are accepted. American Express cards are not accepted. There are no refunds, so make sure the proper test is selected before making payment. Follow the links to our on-line registration page. At this page you will be asked for your "CA#######" and your PIN. The "CA" number is different from your "CSA" number. If you need your "CA" number please email us with your name, company, and your CSA number. After entering your "CA" number and PIN select "Search" to retrieve your information. Please update your information and select the appropriate assessment. If you need to change the company name, please contact CSA. Within approximately 3 days you will receive an email from ACT. There will be a link within the email that will take you to the ACT web site. From the ACT web site you will select the testing center that you want to use, select the date you want to test, and select from the available times. Renewing Your Qualification: If your current qualification is about to expire you will need to re-take the assessment to renew your qualification. Follow the links to Request Assessments. We no longer use drivers license numbers. If you have not received your new participant number beginning with CA#######, please email or call us to request your new CA number and PIN. These will be necessary to request a new test. The CA number is not the same as your CSA ID card number. Additional information on requesting assessments is in the paragraph above. To access a participants Dash Board and view information about past assessments (taken since 3/24/08), click here. Please make sure you have reviewed instructions here on how to use this feature. You can also view information about assessments you are currently scheduled for such as time allowed, number of questions, etc. To Update a participants address, email, etc. in our new on-line system, please use your CA participant Log-in and PIN and update here. If you are not in our new system or do not have a CA number followed by seven numbers, please use our contact page or send us an email to update information. If you are signing up for a new test, follow the schedule assessment link on left and your information will automatically be updated. Payment for Miscellaneous services - Use this link if you need to pay for miscellaneous services. Make sure to include an explanation of payment in the comment section. Reschedule an ACT Test - You may reschedule an ACT test over the Internet 24/7 as long as it is three days before the scheduled test. Click on the link and use the ACT username and password to access your account. Assessments must be taken within 60 days of originally requesting the exam.
