Although CSA’s primary focus is helping jurisdictions achieve code compliance, we have a special interest in delivering this service so that it benefits the contractor.

We hope you will agree that our services always have contractors in mind. 

CSA develops and administers contractor qualification assessments daily at over 220 U.S. proctored locations.  Some of our proctored test centers are open late and some are even open on Saturdays for your convenience.  Assessments can often be taken within one week of application.  No lengthy applications to fill out or pages of reference documents to submit.  Our assessments are based on establishing if you know the material rather than how many forms you can fill out and how long you have to wait.

Our plan review services were specially developed around the needs of contractors.  We offer in-house printing, copying, and scanning services.  This allows a contractor to submit one hard copy set of drawings or even electronic files for review, and we will have your accepted and signed copies ready for distribution. 

Plans can be shipped Priority USPS, Fed-Ex, or even emailed in pdf format for local printing.

We work to achieve the needs of the AHJ, while being of benefit to the contractor.
